Pricing, lead time, documentation scope and commercial terms are prepared for the proposed equipment.
Customer review
You review the proposed equipment, source, price and terms before any order is placed.
Fulfillment
Once a quotation is accepted, Nordensol coordinates the order, documentation and delivery to your destination.
HOW TO SPECIFY YOUR REQUIREMENT
Sourcing can be requested by:
- Manufacturer and part number
- Engineering drawing
- Datasheet or technical specification
- Applicable API or industry standard
- A described requirement, when exact references are not available
WHAT THIS DOES NOT MEAN
What a quotation is not.
A submitted RFQ is a request for review, not a confirmed order. A quotation is not binding until you accept its terms, and it does not imply that Nordensol manufactures or stocks the equipment described. Availability, source, condition and documentation are confirmed as part of that quotation, not assumed in advance.

Before you submit an RFQ.
Does Nordensol manufacture the equipment you list?
No. Nordensol Equipment is a sourcing and procurement partner, not a manufacturer. Product pages describe equipment we can source against your specification, not equipment we build or stock ourselves.
Can you source equipment without an exact part number?
Yes. A drawing, datasheet, nameplate photo or a clearly described requirement is enough to start a technical review. An exact OEM part number helps but isn't required to submit an RFQ.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we review enquiries for U.S. and international delivery destinations. Specific export requirements, customs handling and licensing are confirmed per order and are not guaranteed in advance.
Is submitting an RFQ the same as placing an order?
No. An RFQ is a request for technical review and quotation. It does not confirm price, availability or create a purchase obligation — that happens only when a quotation is issued and accepted.
What if the equipment I need isn't in your published categories?
Submit it anyway. Our published categories reflect what we've confirmed we can source; we still review requirements outside them on a case-by-case basis — see our industrial equipment page for that path.
